At Stanford and Carnegie Mellon, our founders studied the intersection of systems and operations. We worked inside fund operations and saw the cost of manual workflows—slow rebalances, error-prone reconciliations, and audit pain.
Innovation kept stalling in production because of compliance, privacy, and brittle integrations. So we built Kai with controls, dual approval, and audit trails from day one—automation that actually ships in regulated, fund-heavy environments.
Our mascot and namesake is the Shiba Inu, a reminder to be clever, resilient, and strong.
